August 20th -10 am–Living History at NPS Star Fort See re-enactors tell the living story of the colonial settlers and the American Revolution battles fought here. Free
August 25th-10-5 pm National Park Service 100th Birthday Party A fun filled day full of mini events like birthday cake, pin the tail on the bison, Instagram photo station, and other activities. See nps.gov/nisi, visit their facebook page or call them 864-543-4068. Free
October 22nd -Dusk– Autumn Candlelight Tour- This is a DON’T MISS event. Come walk the Park at dusk, led by tour guides. Listen to re-enactors at stations tell the stories of the battle, colonial life, hear the sounds of the battle and walk the walking trail via candlelight. Sign up early, this fills up fast! Free
October 29th-6-8pm Masquerade on Main – Ninety Six Town Park A free fun filled event that includes a Costume parade and contest, candy apple making, hayrides and more held at the Town Park, 89 Saluda Street. Call 864-543-3396/864-543-2200 ext 6 for additional information. Free
December 10th- 9:00 am -1:30 pm 96 Holiday Crafts, Collectibles & Antiques Show An annual favorite hosting individual craft tables. Light breakfast and lunch available. Held at the 96 Train Depot 96 Main Street/Hwy 34, in the Town Square. Call 864-543-3396 or 864-543-2200 ext 6 to reserve a table. Tables are $15. Free admission.
